These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via Omami’s webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy
2. Orders
Once your order has been placed through our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at info@omami.se.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner Mollie. Omami does not store any card or payment details.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be modified or canceled only before payment. Once your order is being prepared or has been picked up/delivered, it cannot be refunded.

By placing an order, you agree that your personal data will be stored and processed according to our Privacy Policy
We may also collect data in our CRM system, to enhance your experience through loyalty programs, offers, and marketing—only if you have given consent.

When joining our loyalty program or subscribing to our offers, your data is securely stored in our CRM system. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@omami.se.
7. Responsibility
Omami is not responsible for delays or issues caused by technical problems, third-party systems (such as Jamezz, Mollie or Leat), or circumstances beyond our control.
